What hair ties do you use? I love hair ties that are loose like that, instead of the ones that are so tight you can only pull it around your hair like one time lol

Omg I know exactly what you mean. Those are the worst. I don't remember the brand on these, but when I'm buying them I just pick a few up different packages and stretch them to see which ones feel the best! lol

Kait Nichole, Theresa Dailey I know what you’re talking about too!! But I have long naturally straight slick thick corse Asian hair 😂😂😂 I prefer the ones that are really hard to stretch and wrap because it lasts longer and with each stretch/use it gets easier because it loses its elasticity. So you might wanna keep that in mind when buying hair ties. My favorites are the conair black hair ties that are thick. Make sure it doesn’t have any embellishments like the little mental thing on it that will for sure rip your hair out.

I still use the curling irons that clamp down too. I guess I’m old school. 😂 Half-up-half-down has always been my fav way to wear my hair too. It’s like the best of both worlds. It’s out of your face like an up-do but you still get the length at the bottom.

Try to like comb it while separating it if that makes sense- I have thick hair bc I’m mixed so mines unique and I have to do that and it looks good even with combing and separating at the same time
