Thank you for showing the technique! I was looking to make the sweet potato glass noodles for Korean japchae. The ones I got from the store are really thin and over 2 ft long, so I imagine the manufacturing plant must make a really big crepe!

Nom nom nom! That looks soooooo good!!! I've never made glass noodles from scratch before so I cant wait to try it soon and I love wood ear mushrooms. Those are my favorite kind. I love the dried version because it has a nice crunch to them when you rehydrate them. It's like a braised pig ear cartilage type of crunch. 😁

I have been doing the same with my scallions so that I don't have to go out as often and I love how fast they regrow :) this recipe is almost like making korean jap chae. Awesome to try something different.

@@ellengribbons7366 I cut it down to just right before the white bulb and then I put the white bulb part in a cup/glass with about 1/2 cup of water and then I change out the water every few days. You can do the same with celery also.
