Easy Hanging Organizer | The Sewing Room Channel🧵
In this tutorial I will demonstrate how to make an easy hanging organizer.
✂️✂️SUPPLIES AND CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS✂️✂️
Fabric A (outside): 1 yard
-(1) 13" x 26"
-(3) 9 1/2" x 15 1/2"
Fabric B (lining + back): 1 yard
-(3) 9 1/2" x 15 1/2"
-(1) 15" x 28"
-(3) 2" x 15 1/2"
-(1) 2" x 24"
Heavy fusible interfacing:
-(1) 13" x 26"
-(3) 8 3/4" x 12 1/4"
Vinyl: 1 yard
-(3) 2 1/2" x 4"

I can't wait to make this for myself and as gifts for family. But I think I'll put bias tape around the label holders and around the sides also. This is wonderful Sherrill. I am going to use mine to hold my square rulers. Have several. Do you think this could be modified to hold other rulers by dividing the pockets? Have you done and ruler holder tutorials. Either way thank you again Sherrill you are a wonderful instructor. Hi to Manie CJ

Just finished making this wonderful organizer as a gift for a friend who recently bought a teardrop camper. With such little space, I'm hoping she will find this useful. I made the pockets from folded fat quarters and used scrap material for the front, back, pocket edges and strap. It came out perfect and I just love it. Hope she does also! I only wished you had named the pieces next to the cut-out sizes. Originally planned on using striped material but wasn't sure which way to place the stripes as I didn't know what I was cutting, so, I used solid for the back and front and flowered for the pockets. Wish I could send you a photo. Many, many thanks for the excellent instructions.
