- Start with the Beast 1000ml Blending Vessel
- Add a small handful of ice cubes to keep your smoothie chilled
- Pour about 8 oz of milk (we like almond milk since it helps with vision health, cellular communication, nerve function and bone growth) into the blender
- Scoop in one half of an avocado (improves iron absorption, helps with blood clotting and is packed with antioxidants)
- Add in a banana (to help with collagen development)
- Toss in a large handful of spinach to the smoothie (for Vitamins A & K, as well as folate and iron)
- Easily screw on the B10 Blade Assembly
- Twist onto the Blender Base
- Press the button and let the Beast create the smoothest blend with the timed blend function
- Unscrew from the Blender Base, remove the Blade Assembly and enjoy!
