Thanks for sharing this recipe. I keep hearing that miso is good for you but I have bought it and let it go to waste as I never know what to cook with it.

Just some constructive criticism here I liked your videos much more before all the cringeworthy editing, its totally unnecessary and distracting. Also I like the idea of s healthier version of ramen soup but this one has way too much salt in it, a tablespoon of miso half a stock cube and a drizzle of tamari in one bowl of noodles is at least 1000mg of salt 🧂 !!

For some reason, the 'salt' in miso doesn't have the same effect as adding salt to your food to half a stock cube was a bit excessive. Perhaps you could just make a stock to your liking to add to the ingredients you chose to use... 'Thai style' 😉
