How to make a macrame heart pattern using Lark's Head Knots! This is an easy and beginner friendly macrame tutorial that would be perfect for wall hangings and other designs. This knot technique can be used in replacement of Double Half Hitch Knots.

I enjoy your videos very much. I have done macrame off and on for years, but recently have dedicated quite a bit of time. I have chosen a couple very simple patterns that I want to take to senior centers and retirement homes as an activity for the residents. I am hoping someone can get in touch with me so I can get a feel for how best to reach folks in a live venue, how a/v aids might look, fee structure, etc. If anything had the time to advise, it can point me to a resource, I would be very appreciative.
