Sis thanks, I followed your instructions so far so good ,When i take them from the oven they are sticky and chewy, how long are they suppose to sit out in the air before they harden so I could bag? thanks😘😘😘and my alcohol tolerence must be something because i took a few from the batch and I feel it. they are so freaking good though thanks😘

A few questions I have ,I made this last night and it was horrible I combined the Hershey caremel sauce from the jar with the caramel bites and I added a lot 😁 f Hennessy and I put the sauce on the popcorn while it was hot I put it in the oven on 280 the popcorn became soggy and stick at the end it taste burnt and hard please help me what did he do wrong? And is it important that I use a plastic tool such as you are(the green stirer) because I used a big g serving spoon, metal spooon and wooden spoon to stir. Your welcome..only use your Carmel bites a small amount 9f hazelnut coffee mate if you choose and your Hennessy..I used 2 bags of Carmel bites should cover 4 large bags of popcorn

I pop mine in the freezer for about 5 to 10 mins after I coat them but don’t over saturate them..

Just add your apples your going to dip in the fridge so they are cool before dipping and it should hold up just fine..I cooler your apples are the faster they will set..

I tried this recipe and the next day the popcorn was slightly chewy almost like a stale consistency. Like once the caramel got to room temperature it softened 😣. Not sure what happened but now i have to make the caramel from scratch. The Hennessy flavor was good though.

Make sure you pop it in the oven to cook ..Then put fridge for a couple of minutes after coating to harden up.. I mentioned in the video..It should have a crunchy coat..

I added french vanilla coffee mate and Hennessy to melt my popcorn...2 bags of popcorn made 6 customized bags..you can make this recipe your own add as much or as less Hen as you like😊
