"Easy" hikes in POLISH TATRAS from ZAKOPANE | KOPIENEC WIELKI | GASIENICOWA VALLEY

Hey, discover with me two technically not demanding (easy is, of course, subjective) trails one can do in Polish Tatra Mountains, did them while staying half sick in Zakopane and absolutely enjoyed both of them. That lake though! It completely takes my breath. Every time.

Great views for easy hikes. Sometimes the shorter or easier ones dont have much scenery - but the hikes you showed did! Especially liked that lake.

Love your videos so much it will be fabulous one day if we can meet up. It is a couple years away for us visiting some of these countries but we will have to message you. I laughed when you said I am not smart I am reading this. LOL! Yes my happy places are the same love the quite peaceful mountains and nature add a waterfalls or river and its even better. My number one may be the ocean but mountains and woods are close second. Can't help but be happy one time I read an article that a walk in nature was like taking one pill for depression but of course better! Loved the wooden house and modern church and then all the views from the wonderful hikes was perfection! Love that you ended with beer !! What is your favorite type of beer? Love the movies !! Great video and wonderful adventure to share! We will keep working on catching up!

I have a feeling that some tasty craft beers might be involved :D Also, if you are ever in Finland I know some "happy places" with lakes and woods around to show you. I think that article you red is spot on, I just finished Green Care course in my university, where we learned how to include nature in mental health activities and it is scientifically proven to have positive impact :)
