Great idea but I prefer crispier bacon. Suggestion: after par-cooking bacon, lay strips in bundt pan and par-cook another 10 min. Also, yes thawing hashbrowns to room temp first, then draining them in a colander or squeezing out excess moisture in a towel is a good idea. I might also recommend pre-cooking them to prevent them from becoming too soggy. Then, fill the pan as you did and cook 30 - 40 min.

The way you put that nacho cheese sauce on there, it looks like a faux-hollandaise Totally down with it
