How to make home baklava? For those who are curious and those who will try it for the first time, we have come up with a recipe that is both delicious and very easy to make!
You will love this delicious home-cooked baklava, which you can prepare without having to roll out the dough one by one, and which you can prepare with peace of mind for the holiday.

Materials
3 eggs
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
1 glass of oil (200 ml)
1 packet of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vinegar
Half a teaspoon of salt
5.5 cups of flour
For the inside;
Crushed walnuts or hazelnuts
To open;
Corn starch
For the sherbet;
4 cups granulated sugar
5 glasses of water (1 liter)
A few drops of lemon juice
For the above;
300 g butter or margarine
Preparation of
First of all, for the baklava dough, let's take 3 eggs, 1 glass of oil, 1 glass of milk, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt and 1 pack of baking powder in a bowl and beat them well.
Let's start kneading the dough by slowly adding 5.5 cups of flour that we will use in total.
After gathering the dough we prepared on the counter sprinkled with flour, divide it into 30 equal pieces.

Let's gather the dough pieces one by one and turn them into meringues. Then, let's start rolling it on the counter that we sprinkled with flour. It will be enough to lightly flour it and roll it out to approximately one inch in length.
Let's arrange the rolled dough in 10 layers, sprinkling plenty of starch between them. In this way, we obtain 3 meringues consisting of 10 layers each.
Then let's get our first ten dough. Let's start rolling it out to tray size with a rolling pin. While rolling out the dough, you can turn it once or twice so that the layers at the bottom grow evenly.
Let's expand our dough slowly and carefully without tearing it.
When it reaches the size of a baking tray, let's place our dough on the tray.
After placing the first layer, sprinkle plenty of walnuts on it.
After placing the 2nd layer we opened on the tray, let's sprinkle plenty of walnuts again.
After rolling out the 3rd layer, let's scrape off the top dough slowly and carefully.
Let's cut our baklava as we wish and drizzle half of the melted butter over it.
Let's bake the baklava in the oven preheated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes until the top of the baklava turns a light color.
Then, let's take the tray out of the oven and drizzle the remaining melted butter on it.
Let's put the dessert in the oven again and let it bake for at least 30 more minutes.
At the end of the time, let's pour the cold sherbet over the hot dessert we took from the oven. Let our dessert rest for at least 2 hours until it absorbs its sherbet.
Our easy homemade baklava, which has absorbed its syrup well, is now ready to be served. Enjoy your meal!
