Hey everyone, I wanted to share my go-to granola recipe with you all.
This is a healthy granola made without any sugar!
I made some and loved it, and I even gave some to my sister (she’s not great at eating regular meals.)
And she sent me a photo showing how much she enjoyed it, which made me so happy, haha.
I think you guys will love making this for yourself or as a gift for someone.
It’s super simple, so it’s hardly even a recipe, but I've written it down below for you.

- Oatmeal 150g
- Nuts: 50g pecans, 50g almonds, 20g pine nuts (Use any nuts you like!)
- Olive oil 30g
- Allulose 80g
- (Optional: replace 20g of allulose with 20g of maple syrup)
- Cinnamon powder 2-4g / Cocoa powder 20g / Matcha powder 20g
- Oven: Preheat to 180°C for 10 minutes → bake at 165°C for 15 minutes, Bake for an additional 5 minutes after cooling
- Air fryer: Preheat to 160°C for 10 minutes → bake at 150°C for 15 minutes, Bake for an additional 5 minutes after cooling
(Make sure to check occasionally to prevent burning)
