@bbay19772 жыл бұрын
@@rodneyhafer4548 it's in the video if you just pause it. I don't remember if it shows where the cutouts were for the speakers were at though. I forgot to mention though with the price of wood now, it may be as cheap or cheaper to buy a prefab box. Might want to check their prices before building one.

New subscriber here. What's the airspace per speaker? Also how did you get the bevel on the back and front pieces? Thanks
@jtpbuildz9594 жыл бұрын
Honestly, I don't know, I just built the biggest area box with the space provided. I shopped for weeks and couldn't justify the money for a pre-built box so I researched and researched and threw it together. It is STILL hittin hard and bumpin, so glad I diy'd it and didn't buy.
@jtpbuildz9594 жыл бұрын
As far as the bevel, I'm not sure I fully understand, but I'll take a swing at it: 1. The bevel is 2 measurements; one from the height of the back the seat to the floor, and then another measurement from the front of the seat height to the floor. 2. The side box peices were purposely cut higher to act as a brace/air travel for the subs. Im no professional but i was trying to leave space for the air escape/hit
@dunerinaz Жыл бұрын
Only thing I would've changed is cutting out the center of the brace to allow airflow from side to side.

Bro what do you think about fitting 3 12" sub's in a box like that in the video. ported or close.. plz help me out guys what u all think is for a single cab truck we are running 2 12 skar's it sounds real good but I want 3 plz let me know if it works or is 2 tight for the space for the sub's thanks alot guys thanks 🙌🙏
@jtpbuildz9593 жыл бұрын
I'm no expert, but i think 3 12's would be too much work for end result. the 2 10's I installed is already pushing the limit (from what I am told). But i will say they sound crisp and heavy so who's to say;)
