Very nice and elegant cake mam.how much premix used to make 1kg heighted cake and what's the tin size here u used mam.u worked in ac room,my cream starts melting when I do any flower part or any nozzle work. My cake never be straight pls guide.sometimes it's fatty from centre.what should I do for straight finish. Thanks
