Defects:- I ordered a hair topper in natural black colour but it has so many golden hair that it is looking like hair of a old lady Also out of 2 clips one clip is broken Also the density of hair is very less After paying 9,999 receiving this product is very disappointing Please either exchange the product or take it back This was my first and worst experience from your website How can you play with the trust of your customer

I am really disappointed with the appalling services. Let me tell you why I feel this way: 1. Your products are absolutely not up to the standard you claim. 2. Forcing us to lock our money into a credit system is just unfair. To those who are planning to buy - in case you do not like the product and you wish to return it. The return amount will not be credited to your original payment mechanism system. Rather, you will receive it as Nish credits and you will be forced to buy another of their products even if you do not wish to. 3. Deducting 200rs. from our refund as a processing fee is simply unacceptable. This is absolutely unethical. These are things that consumers should be fully aware of before making a purchase, not after. II am really sorry, but your services are just plain pathetic.
