Easy Japanese Waffles
You can also make this dessert for parties.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 25 grams sugar
- 140 grams milk
- 110 grams cake flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 20 grams cocoa powder
- 3 grams baking powder
Instructions
1. First, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the oil and mix well.
3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
4. Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix until you get a smooth batter.
5. Place a non-stick pan on medium heat to warm up.
6. Pour the batter into the pan and let one side cook until bubbles form on the surface.
7. While still hot, cut into triangles.
8. Once cooled, decorate with breakfast cream, chocolate, or anything else you like.

تخم مرغ ۲ عدد
شکر ۲۵ گرم
شیر ۱۴۰ گرم
ارد کیک ۱۱۰ گرم
روغن دو قاشق غذا خوری
پودر کاکائو ۲۰ گرم
بیکینگ پودر ۳ گرم
طرز تهیه
اول تخم مرغ وشکر هم بزن تا از لختگی در بیاد شکر حل شه
بعدش روغن اضافه کن
ارد ّبیکینگ پودر با کاکائو با ارد اضافه کن از صافی رد کنید
به مواد اضافه کنید تا خمیر یکدست بشه
تابه ی نچسب روی حرارت ملایم بذار تا گرم شه خمیر تو تابه بریزید یه طرف بپزه
روش حباب شکل شه
بهد تا داغه به شکل مثلث درس بیارید
وقتی خنک شد با خامه صبحانه شکلات یا هر چیز دیگه ای دوست داشتید تزیین کنید
