I love this pattern. So Simple! Do you think cutting the cast on down to 18 sts would be good for a child size?
@watchknitting6 жыл бұрын
Hi Kenneth, yes definitely will work, if you do not knit very tight you even can go down to 14, but it is good idea to compare the size after working couple of rows, if you feel it is a little tight that will be fine at the end but if you feel it is loose you better go a number down.

For 6 number foot size how many stiches to start

If you are a medium knitter and not very loose or tight knitter, 26 sts would be good for size 6. Your instruction for row 4 would be: K7, YO, K5, YO, K2, YO, K5, YO, K7

What do you mean when you say you are blocking your stitches? You say decreasing and blocking but it’s not very clear what you are doing. Could you please clarify? Thanks

Hi Despina, after you finished 31 row, in the beginning of the next row you bind off some stitches and that decreases the number of stitches left in your needle. check this page for precise numbers: www.watchknitting.com/2018/02/easy-knit-slippers/
