Ingredients:- Kofta Masala Dry Red chillies 5-6 Khas khas 2 tbsp Dakhni mirch white pepper 1 tbsp Kababchini 1 tsp Mace 1 flower Green cardamom 5-6 Cloves 5-6 Cinnamon sticks 2 inch Black cardamom 1 Shahi jeera 1 tbsp Coconut powder 2 tbsp Barista 5-6 onion Handful of coriander leaves Green chillies.8-10 Minced Mutton 1 kg Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tbsp to taste Kashmiri mirch powder 1 tbsp Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 1:2 Fried onion oil 1/2 cup Roasted Gram flour 1/2 cup
