Carnivore Lasagna Noodles 6 Whole Eggs 8 Tablespoons or 120 grams Carnivore Mayo 6 Tablespoons Ground Pork Rinds 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese 1 Teaspoon Gelatin Place all of the ingredients in a blender/Nutra bullet and pulse. Blend until smooth. Equally pour batter onto 2 lightly greased silicone baking mats. Spread out batter evenly using an angled spatula Bake at 350 Degrees for about 8-10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Gently remove noodles from your silicone mats for cutting. You can cut each sheet of noodles directly in half to create 4 noodle layers if using an 8x10 pyrex or trim noodles to fit serving dish. Lasagna Meat Sauce 8 ounces Lean Ground Beef 8 ounces Italian Sausage 1/4 cup Dried Onion Flakes 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning 3 Cups Rao Marinara Sauce ( Use only 2 cups for recipe (you’ll have about 1 cup of finished sauce left over for another time) In a medium sauce pan add ground beef and Italian sausage. Break apart while browning the meat into small crumbles. Add in seasonings and sauce. Simmer until slightly thickens. Set aside. Faux Béchamel 3/4 Cup Cottage Cheese 1-2 Cloves Minced Garlic 1/2 Teaspoons Nutmeg 2-4 Tablespoons Heavy Cream (until pourable consistency) Use an immersion blender and whip until smooth and creamy Prepare you cheeses and set aside 1-1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 3/4 -1 Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese Begin to layer ingredients: In a casserole dish, spread a small amount of sauce mixture on bottom. Add a layer of the Carnivore Noodles, followed by some more sauce and then sprinkle with Mozzarella or Béchamel and then a dash of Parmesan. Continue to build the next layers by repeating. End with meat sauce on top and just a sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan Bake at 350 Degrees for 25-30 minutes or until you see it bubbling. Makes 6 Servings Macros using MFP ( Please use your own macro calculator with your preferred brands to meet your own dietary needs) We were pretty heavy handed on the meat sauce and the cheeses. You can use way less and the results will still be equally delicious. Calories 650 Protein 60 grams Fat 42 grams Total Carbs 9 grams

Do you need to make/put in the mayo It was done a bit different with indigo Nilli and Chris cooking Nashville

If you're making our recipe then the mayo is an important ingredient. We suggest you make homemade rather than from a jar. We used Maria Emmerich's carnivore mayo. The link to her recipe is in the description below our video. Ours recipe was based on Anita The Ketogenic woman channel. We're not sure what Indigo or Chris cooking Nashville recipes include because ours wasn't based on their videos. Sorry we don't has an answer for you. Karen and Therese

@@lowcarbspin This is my Fermented Mayo Recipe....In a wide mouth quart canning jar I crack 2 whole eggs, drop in 2 nice cloves of garlic, add 2 1/2 cups light olive oil, 2 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp salt, 4 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice and a touch of zest, ( optional 2 rtsp fresh herbs of choice I dont put in for reg. mayo) a tsp black pepper rough grind and finally White vinegar4 tbs. stick my immersion blender in the jar and continuously blend till you see the white immulsion start then move up and don till totally blended and no oil is seen.....then let it sit on the counter for and hour or 2 and refridgerate....it lasts about a month or if you use mayo alot then less...Ive given this recipe to my friends who are NOT keto or carnivore and they swear by it sometimes I yse applecider vinegar with the mother for more tang but my hubby prefers the white you can add siracha for a siracha mayo its really very good and easy.... try it and let me know.... and I will try the noodles with my mayo and let you know Julianna

Wow! Your recipe sounds absolutely delicious.We will have to try it for sure. Also have you ever watched Steve from Serious Keto? He makes his Mayo recipe (a hack he got from America's test kitchen ) Taking his eggs and lemon juice and water and heat in microwave to pasteurize so it lasts longer in the fridge. Does the fermenting do the same? We so appreciate you sharing. Can't wait to hear how the noodles come out for you. Thanks again! Karen and Therese

No wonder you two look alike! I didn’t realize you were sisters. It looks delicious. I have a couple of questions. What is the size of the silicon sheet pans you used? Also, did you not use the béchamel sauce on the top layer? I may be back to ask another question after checking out the carnivore mayo. 😋☺️

Yes we're sisters! We welcome questions always. The silicone mat size is 10-1/2x12. (We purchased off of Amazon Yuanaiti Swiss Roll Cake Mat it's a set of 2) & This one too ( Baker Depot 2 pcs Swiss Roll Cake Mat 10x11-1/2 )We also didn't add the béchamel on the top layer. You can. We just didn't. Also the carnivore mayo recipe is plain which is perfect to use. Ours had additional seasonings because I made the mayo (When I first discovered Maria video to use as just a spicy mayo for tuna salad) Then we came up with putting the mayo into the noodles with the addition of gelatin instead of the cream cheese. That change made all the difference with the texture of the noodles. Let us know it turns out for you. Thanks for watching! Karen and Therese
