For the color step with the projectors you need to set the color to the opposite of the straus counter. If the counter shows green, set the projector to red, if the counter shows yellow set the projector to yellow, and if the counter shows red, then set the projector to green. Hope this helps

If this helps, im confident in saying that the groundskeeper spawns on the vermin rounds, so as early as round 5. I have always found him at the end of round 4 on the flip to round 5, which coincidentally is a vermin round, and always spawning at the top of the graveyard where the tier 3 armour wall buy is

i agree, just by the final 5 zombies in round 10 (round 11 was vermin) the groundskeeper spawned

in the lights step, the order that i was given didn't work, so the last 2 lights i turned them into the opposite (the one that was supposed to be green i put it red, and the same for the red one) and it worked

yeah I guess we were really lucky with the two times we did it, because we had two set to yellow so it seemed to work the way we thought, but you must be right that for some reason green and red should be reversed. Maybe it's a bug?
