Lobster Rolls Recipe
Ingredients List

500g lobster
1/2 tsp salt, black pepper, mixed herbs and chilli flakes
1-2 tbsp butter
2 brioche rolls
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika + more for garnishing later
