Backgrounds are the most difficult for me. I just don’t have the imagination for them. I struggle picking out colors just for the picture too. I don’t have pan pastels though. I have pastel sticks and pencils and some pale sparkly pastels only.

You can find it in crafting store or school supplies stores. Or if you want to buy online, Amazon has some too. You can search geometric rulers and it should pop up for you!

Do you use a fixative and know of one that is non toxic? I get migraines alot and have to keep my exposure to harsh chemicals at a minimum. Some people say that cheap hairspray works but I'm afraid to try that. Are you still doing new Patreon videos? I've heard experienced colorists say they learn alot from your Patreon, like new interesting techniques and things like that.

Unfortunately I'm not quite sure what brands offer non toxic fixative so maybe look around in Google. You may find something pop up. I heard that some hair spray can cause your paper to turn yellow over time but you can ask in the coloring group to see what kind of hair spray people are using! And yes Im still doing patreon every month 😊
