EASY!!! Make Your Own Graduation Cap

This is a really simple way to make your own Graduation cap.
You need:
Black Poster Board
String
Ruler
Tape
From poster board:
Cut a 8 x8 inches square for the top
Cut a 4 X 22 inches strip for the base
Fold a rim on the long strip
Attach the strip to the top with tape
Poke a hole in the middle of the top
Double a 16 inch string
And add a tassel either made from half a of bracelet string or store bought
Attach tassel with tape
