I really miss seeing you try new products or sharing what you’re loving from other brands. I love Vieve, and I understand that you probably only use vieve for your makeup these days, but I valued your opinion on other products and enjoyed seeing your reviews. Also, as a brand owner, you now have insight into formulations and lab work that I would love to see you apply more widely to reviews of other products. It feels like every video is a Vieve advertisement these days. Again, I love vieve, but I miss the old videos

I agree, it would be really good to also see her combine Vieve products with products from other brands to see how they interact with each other. I miss her sharing her enthusiasm and the knowledge of make up and skin care, and her not sharing any of it but for Vieve means there's less and less reason for me to watch her videos. Which is sad because I used to really love her content. It also feels slightly strange to me that it comes across like an ad but it isn't expressly an ad which feels iffy morally. Someone who doesn't know that she's the brand's founder and just comes across the videos, might not know that the opinions expressed in the video aren't objective.

Vieve is her full-time job now, so it wouldn't really make sense for her to talk about other products while she's coming out with new ones of her own. Plus, she has recently released enough products now for a full face of makeup, which is not easy to do, let alone make amazing products which all of the ones I have tried are absolutely fantastic. I totally understand wanting to see old style videos because she has the *best* taste, but I see her taste really shine through her brand, which I find way better than other products she might talk about.

So I do think some could be mixed in somewhat because she’s still getting so much in PR and going on some brand trips still, so it would be fantastic to hear her opinion on some of the new releases as I’ve always appreciated her opinion on makeup and skincare products. But I do understand there is a priority for her and obviously other brands aren’t in that. Which is her decision.

I agree, all the makeup videos are ADVs for her brand basically and it's the same makeup look in every video. Such a pity, her makeup looks with different favourite products used to be so good and interesting.

I’m not in my mature skin years, yet. But on my way (39yrs) I have dry skin but naturally not too many permanent lines yet, more creasing with my expressions. I am a devout user or Laura mercies tinted moisturizer. The complexion balm is definitely stretchy. Reminds me of glossier stretch concealer. Shade I order is a little warm for me so I don’t wear everyday ( I hear the customer service is super helpful in match you.) IMO it would be worth trying. It layers well with moisturizing base , which is what I’m looking for, and possibly what helps it from creasing on my. Wears like a tinted moisturizer but with more pigmentation/coverage-still letting your skin shine through.
