Easy Mango 🥭cake design for beginners| Mango truffle cake with mango ganache| Shaji'sdine
For Mango ganache,
100 gm white chocolate compound
mango crush or mango emulsion as per taste.
50 gm whipping cream/amul fresh cream.
Boil cream and mix the flavour, after 5 minutes add this to the melted chocolate. Mix well, sieve and use as wanted.
