I am an empath, I can absorb energies consciously or unconsciously, how can I not manifest the negative things projected to me by the people around me, when I absorb them..I try to protect myself, through salt baths, meditation but sometimes it gets to me. Especially if there are too many people around me with negative energies.

I feel your soul and your such a beautiful being. From childhood until like 15 I had this power which I have lost a great deal of it as a I grew and things got a bit twisted up in my life. I feel is all my bad decisions I have made against my own self. After my soulmate dies at 15 in a car accident I have lost part of me and things just went downfall from there. I am now 46 raising my two youngest as a single mom out of 3 kids. My oldies stayed in Miami, she’s 25 and doing it all on her own. I have never been so broke and out of a job. ILi feel like I’m just go living and only reason I’m still around is my kids. I try to stay positive as much as I can and I get glimpse sometimes of having some power and it just leaves so fast. It’s been such a struggle. Really wanting a better life for my kids and I. Sorry for such a long test. Just want you to know you keep my spirit alive every time I hear your voice and all you say here. I truly adore you! ❤😊thanks for being you
