Perfect explanations!! I always began my children students on 'Are You Sleeping', the old French standard put to american words....the whole song is in 'C' (Frere Jacques is the french name of the tune)

This is amazing Ms. B! I am learning how to play ukulele and been using it for a month now. I will be teaching a Pre-nursery class in the next school year. Near the fretboard is good because your strumming fingers won’t get caught in the hole
