agreed. Should've used that beef broth with cornstarch and made a thickening slurry for it. I'd have also cooked the onions with the beef at the same time and I'd pan fry the sausage and add it last (and use cajun smoked not kielbasa). Toss in some kidney or ranch style beans too!
