This looks so delicious! Most of the ingredients have sodium nitrate in them which is a carsonigenic/cancerous 😢 I wouldn't eat it to often. Just be careful of the food you consume, how much you consume n how often you consume it💀just like every thing else. Buyer Beware 👁️👁️

I’m not Justine…but maybe start off with a canned biscuit flattened out and put in each muffin cup, then maybe some spinach leaves, a large mushroom slice, some onion and bell pepper, finish off with some plant based cheeses and a complimentary sauce? You could also add in some TVP at some point as a meat substitute for the ground sausage? Hope my suggestions help and thank you Justine for this recipe! Looking forward to giving it a try:) I just put up some homemade pasta sauce I made from my generous neighbor’s home grown tomatoes! God bless. 🙏🏻✝️🌹

Not a criticism for the channel just a thought in general about our times. A few years ago this would have been a perfect after school snack or even a breakfast bite, but now with the price of food it must be a once in a blue moon treat, at least here in Canada. Cold cuts are crazy expensive, pushing $10 for a pack that would have been about $4. Our Babybel cheese comes in 4 packs as smallest and the price is way over $5. All the foods that used to be considered “budget” are now expensive. Even the marinara sauce. 😢

@ I use gloves along with cleaning my hands. It’s a sanitary way to avoid cross contamination of foods. You have those watching that follow how you prepare your food. They may not wash their hands for cleanliness. I was saying this to help the inexperienced cooks.
