Easy Moist Eggless Chocolate Cake | No Oven, Whipped cream, Compound Chocolate, Condensed milk, Curd

EASY SPONGY AND MOIST EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH EASY CHOCOLATE GANACHE
WITHOUT WHIPPED CREAM AND COMPOUND CHOCOLATE
Hello friends
Today I am sharing recipe of The most easy Chocolate cake which tastes so delicious. The ganache is also very easy to make with cocoa powder and very common ingredients at home. It does not need compound chocolate or whipped cream. Do try it and i am sure youwill love it.

~Ingredients~
Cup used for measurement is of 200 ml capacity
Caketin used is of 6" diameter
For Batter
All purpose flour- 1 cup or 150g
Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup or 75g
Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup or 40 g approx
Refined oil- 1/4 cup or 50 ml
Milk- 1/2 cup + 4 tbsp
Baking powder-1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
For Chocolate Ganache
Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence- few drops
Butter- 50g
Corn flour- 2 tbsp
Grated Dairy milk chocolate for decoration

I made this cake today and it turned out awesome!! Not to mention how cost-effective and readily available most of the ingredients are. Thank you so much for the recipe!! ♡♡ If it helps anyone: I used both maida and atta in 1:1 ratio, didn't have baking soda so added an extra ½ tsp baking powder, added an extra cup of milk coz my batter was quite thick for some reason, and had to bake the cake for a total of 70 minutes coz my kadai is thick.

I always made chocolate cake ganache with amul cream and dark chocolate. Tried it this time with cocoa powder(dutch processed) it was exactly same as the sark chocolate. Dod not feel any difference. Will not purchase dark chocolate compound and cream from next time. Thanks for this recipe.

Thank you for mentioning in yr ingredients list the cup measurements as when you say 1cup it can be 150ml, 200ml or even 250ml. That's how the measurements differ and then they say the cake or any other product didn't turn well. This is very important for the person preparing. I appreciate you mentioning. 🙏.

In the ganache, did the powdered sugar completely dissolve? I'm asking this because once I made it without corn flour but the sugar didn't dissolve despite being powdered and whisked for 2 hours continuously
