Bro not to be mean but who was your trainer? It sounds like your trainer didn’t teach you anything. Because I’ve been watching your videos for a while and it sounds like all of the problems you have had your trainer should have taught you all of this stuff. I get it your new and I’m not here to put you down I want to uplift you. But your trainer looks terrible

None taken at all I had a trainer and his English wasn’t the best so I learned the basics on how to do the job, but when it comes to tips and certain other things, I never really caught it. He probably did say some of these things but his accent was so heavy I didn’t know what he was talking about. I asked to switch trainers. They said I completed my miles. I can go solo if I want to.
