Adaline, watching you is so relaxing. I Love how you live through God's love. Everything what you do have sense because of Him. I have 4 Kids (5 years between the oldest and the youngest). Being a mother is a big challenge and you make it even more beautiful.

Subscribed. Working single mom here with a 2 year old with minimal household skills. This was the second video of your weekly preps I watched then decided to subscribe as your ideas for healthy snacks specially the pop made the light bulb over my head go on !!! Not in US , so I dont have options of alazon that u refer to nor a pork eater but the ideas help me superbly.

Its just my boyfriend and I (plus our lovely 2 pups) but we are both healthcare workers on night shift and pretty busy for the most part. You really inspired me to get some stuff into the freezer that isn't just the frozen meals from the store. I can't imagine juggling a family as well, but this is even helpful for night shifters too, since the last thing I want to do when I get home from work in the morning is cook after a 12 hour shift.

I discovered that I loved cooked radishes when I participated in a CSA. I think the radishes they gave were French radishes or butter radishes. I roasted them and they were delicious. I did the same with regular radishes too. Roasting them removes that sharp bite that you get when they are raw.

Very impressed with all the prep work that you do for your family!. As I watched you do the little tator tots, I wondered if it wouldn’t save you some time by putting the whole mixture into a piping bag with a large round piping tube instead of hand forming them individually - might save you time! Thanks for sharing all of your ideas.
@margaretistre49283 жыл бұрын
I ordered the bags for the yogurt pops from Amazon. I had an awful time filling the first batch because I couldn’t get the funnel to work right…trial and error. Second batch, I tried using a ziplock bag with a hole cut…sort of like a piping bag. Not great. BUT…on my third batch, I found a little pitcher-type measuring cup with a lid and a smallish hole up on the top shelf of my cabinet. Worked like a charm!! Thanks for the idea!

If you roast the radishes and the bacon while you cut up the other veggies the radishes fry much faster.

I use my kitchen scissors to cut up cooked bacon. Actually I use them to cut up a butt load of my stuff I hate chopping. Another quick tip for your freezes. If you put your mixture in a big pyrex measuring cup you might not need to scoop and funnel it

Love your yogurt sticks. Just a note and would save you time as well and give you lots a bacon fat you can save in a mason jar in your refrigerator. Bake your bacon at 400 degrees for 15- 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the bacon. You could use a cookie sheet just put a cooling rack. Turns out super crispy and marvelous! You can also bake your bacon ahead and just under bake by a minute or two the reheat in the microwave! Look forward to seeing more of your dishes!
