Hi, If I want to make my own drip I usually make a ganache with the ratio 1:1 chocolate or candy melts to double cream. If I use white chocolate I can then colour this with some oil based colours like ColourMill. I really hope this helps. I think maybe I need some more drip cake tutorials.
