easy painting, beautiful effects with simple tools

Today we paint an abstract landscape. On the horizon, behind the clouds, the light of the sun is shining. A little gold, drawn on with an oil pastel, flashes through under the layers of colour. A river or the sea is hinted at. The turquoise supports the distant effect. Using the technique, wet in wet and with the tool spatula, you mix the acrylic paint on the surface and thus obtain many colour nuances. You can see well how I mix the colours directly and distribute them immediately. I use the unconventional tool, the cake lifter, as a substitute for the palette knife. First I put a light structure on the canvas. I spread the white acrylic paint with the roller. It creates beautiful patterns and when you roll across the canvas, it gets a structure that looks like waves. The warm sand and ochre tones keep the picture in balance with the cold colour nuances. In simple, Scandinavian furnished living rooms, it can take the place above the sofa. It opens up the room. It makes it appear larger and provides a new highlight. The contrast and the luminosity of the artwork enliven the room and the radiance, I find, always has a positive effect on you. Just start painting and let go of everything else. Whether with the gold foil of your favourite chocolate or with old discarded calendar sheets. Whether it's painting abstract works of art with a cake lifter or a window squeegee. Just know how. If you don't have any acrylic paint, use the colours you have. It doesn't matter. Many emails reach me asking for materials. So I have written down the painting materials below.

Ich kann das gut verstehen, denn wann man etwas kennengelernt hat und es funktioniert, dann ist es nicht so einfach mit anderen Techniken oder in einer ganz andere Art zu malen. Vielleicht kannst du mal Abstrakt mit dem Pinsel ausprobieren? Es gibt einige Videos dazu im Kanal... :) Bunte Grüße und viel Freude beim Malen (das ist die Hauptsache, egal wie und was dabei raus kommt.) 🌼☀️
