You use Nam Bu for thum Mak hun .... What other recipes will you use this paste ? I know other salads like pomelo , but is it ever used outside of salad ? How so

Luang Prabang was the ancient Lao capital so lots of history and Lao foods originated there. Until history made Vientiane the present day capital. Highly recommend reading the article from Laotian Times called “Exploring the Ancient Lao Capital of Luang Prabang”
