This blanket is just beautiful Christa! I love making blankets with chenille! The border is wonderful! I loved the way you fudged your stitches to make it work! You can’t tell at all! It’s really liberating to be able to do that. It makes doing projects a pleasure! It’s no fun having to have everything just perfect. They don’t always work out that way. I used to be uptight about that sort of thing. No more! 🤗🤗 Thanks for sharing! Lovely colors too!

I was binge watching your crochet tutorials last night while crocheting a child's waffle stitch scarf. I can't tell you how many times I accidentally started doing whatever stitch you were doing as I was mesmerized! Ha ha! I've always done my pom pom stitch slightly differently, but I think I prefer your way as it makes it a bit tighter. Gotta try it sometime on a baby blanket. I love the border. I wanted to do a cute C2C for my granddaughter. She needs something to keep her legs warm while at football games. Those drill team skirts are too short for warmth. But she needs cute says her grandmother.

After watching this I've decided to use this border on my current WIP! I am "freestyling" a color block blanket for my teenage daughter. The colors she has chosen seem too masculine to me, so this adds the perfect embellishment to keep it neutral enough for her. 😍

I think it's a great idea to let us know the size of your blanket and how much yarn you used!!! I never know how much I'll need...then find my self scrambling to find the same yarn and color...lol
