Years ago went on a Potterton training courses and they actually advise on this replacement 👌 Obviously if PRV is easily accessible I'd replace the whole unit, but if you ever work on the Worcester Bosch Greenstar Cdi Compact range then the above is a must for less stress and hassle. Spot on video 👌

The PRV is held by a grub screw , 5 min job to replace completely , I always replace PRV , no call back !! , but good video if your stuck ,

Standard tap box spanner fits the PRV perfectly, alot easier to remove and install mate.

Hi. Thanks for your message 🫶. As you are not disturbing any gas components, you don't need to turn the gas off. But if you want to be Extra Extra safe, then yes, turn the gas off👍

Hello I have a potterson HE33 Hold boiler and the pressure is 1bar but have a code E119 it does go to 0 bar but only after heating been on any ideas ? Thanks
