Solid recipe. I added my tweeks, 1/2 cup Bisquick with the cake mix, cuts the sweetness and a good handful of chopped pecans, I have large hands, mixed in. I also always sprinkle sugar over the top of my dump cakes before baking, adds a snap to the top.

Wow Simply Mama! This is AMAZING! My husband and I liked it even better cold. The only change is that I used brown sugar 1/2 cup and regular sugar 1/4 cup to use with evaporated milk instead of the sweetened condensed milk and only 3 eggs. I also used a sugar free cake mix. It came out perfect!!! Thanks for such a delicious recipe!!!

If you like cherries, use one can of pineapples with juice, one can of cherries, one cup of pecans or your choice of nut. Spread out the Duncan Hines cake mix (dry) slice over mixture of two sticks of butter. Bake at 350 degree, for 45 minutes. 🎉🎉😉🤗😊👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Would be good. I often use spice cake in lieu of yellow. There is a chart online to google for all the variations using pumpkin. It’s insane using a devil’s food cake mix! Pumpkin and chocolate love each other!

I make this every Thanksgiving, but I add sugar and Nutmeg too. My family call it "pumpkin crack cake" lol
