Looks delicious! I’d suggest whipping the softened cream cheese until fluffy first, then add the whipped topping and fold together. 😇

Thank you! Next time I will try folding it in, I had tried to whip the cream cheese but I think it might have been better with a hand beater since it was a small amount it didn’t whip as easily in the kitchenaid. I’ll update after I try it out!

This is fabulous☺I'm curious why you used a yellow cake mix with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice instead of just using a spice cake mix. Since it already has everything in it. Would it burn or not turn out right?

You could definitely try that and I think it would turn out well! I prefer cinnamon to be the predominant flavor so it’s easier to customize with a yellow cake mix. But it’s really up to you!
