Hi Sofia, very good tutorials! I was wondering in your previous video you mentioned wrapping and leaving your gum paste on the counter 7 hrs. But this video you said to wait two days before using, is two days necessary before use? And do I then store it in the fridge? Thank you very much for your help with this and your wonderful videos!
