Easy Recipe for Winter Melon Soup with Chicken

Today, we are making winter melon soup. If you are looking for a simple soup recipe to cook during the cold days this one is for you. Ingredient list 🔽
Winter melon (also known as Ash Gourd) has a very mild taste, so they can absorbs all the great flavors of the ingredients , making the dish so flavorful. Perfect for making soup. Serve with either rice or noodle, in this video we will also show you how you can enjoy this dish at home.
Ingredients: ( Yield : 2 - 3 Servings)
1,500 ml water
350 grams winter melon ( remove the green skin, seeds, and pulp )
350 grams of chicken wing sticks
1 cube of Knorr Chicken Stock Cube ( If you can't find this, just substitute it with chicken broth )
1/4 teaspoons of salt
4 Tablespoons of soy sauce
½ teaspoons of white peppercorns
2 pieces of coriander root ( 10 g. ) ; you can also use coriander stems as an alternative - recommend to use more for extra flavors
For Garnish: Chopped cilantro, to taste
