I had a team of 3 and we did it first try- here are my tips: 1. Golden plates are going to help A LOT. 2. Absolutely have as many sentries as possible- they will help a ton with the zombies so you can focus on the worm 3. Focus on the purple orbs when not shooting the worm. 4. If running it to get schematics try to have a few teammates so you can all trade Best of luck!

The fact that you can constantly get the same plans/schematics is the most bullshit design choice out of all the stupid design choices in this mode. How are you gonna have me doing the hardest content in the game just getting the same absolutely useless stuff over and over again. Not even saying they should give you all the schematics in a row, it’s as simple as giving you one time use items OR a schematic you don’t already have. No reason I should be doing Elder Sigils and getting a plan I already have 95% of the time, wasting an entire game just to gain absolutely nothing. Or doing this boss fight just to get the legendary aether tool 3 times in a row. It’s like fun and risk/reward ratios are so fucked in this mode.

I don’t know if it can be repeated, but we had two squads of six, because it’s a world boss we all had century guns, and it took 60 seconds to kill the boss. I believe it lagged out and just defeated itself with the amount of people and the amount of century guns that were set up.

I did two runs so far . 1st run Madness without golden plat , going down multiple times for now reason . 2nd run with golden plat , easy and did not get down .

First time i did the red worm, the storm caller wasnt dead. The worm spawned into the stromcaller and instantly went to 1 health. We downed it in literally 1 shot, then killed the stormcaller and did the dark aether.

I started the redworm once and fled after about 30 seconds of combat towards the exfil chopper. The worm ended up spawning at the exfil and was instakilled by the chopper dropping a ray gun case, but the reward rift didn't spawn.

phd flopper prevents you from taking damage in the storm Or at the boss you do?

PhD prevents self damage and diving fall damage. It won't help with cloud.

Dupe the blade by: 1) throw it 2) refill ammo during cooldown 3) drop/stow knife before throw(step 1) reloads the ammo again

The only thing I need help with now. Pretty much I got all the schematics in the dark aether. Mostly every game I played when I tried asking to get the redworm. Mostly every person in the lobby, dark aether wahhhhh! Dark aether. Sometimes I just want to uninstall this and just move on. 🙄

It’s like in order to beat the worm consistently, you need the Golden Armor Plates, Dog and Aether Blade, items you would find in the Dark Aether world FIRST. I would think to kill or Farm the ‘real world worm’ before taking on the Aether World worm, because he is even harder! 😵‍💫
