I like this video. It was a pretty design. It just makes me cringe though, when nail designers leave such a space between the nail bed and the cuticle.. I have nail ocd lol so i use a thin brush to fill in the space. Otherwise, very nice tutorial =) Xoxox from FL

Thanks so much for watching! Yes I totally see where you're coming from, I never used to pay much attention to that gap but I have started noticing it more and more. For me, I just found it quite hard to get super close to the cuticle without flooding the entire cuticle because of the awkward way I need to place my hand to get a good shot, but thanks for the tip!

What is the best way to display rhinestones? On tips? I need to store things in drawers. How to tell clients what options do we have? Tks

Good question-I don’t do this professionally, so I just store my rhinestone wheels in a drawer but I think a great way would be to get a transparent box that has many small compartments that can fit a bunch of different rhinestones. That way, you could easily pull out a few boxes from your drawer to show clients. You could also glue one or two to the top of the box so you can show them without having to open each compartment. Tips would also be a great way to display them and easily compare different sizes/colours!

Another tip for the box idea-remember to make sure that each compartment is completely separated from the next otherwise the rhinestones could get mixed up when you’re moving the boxes 😊

Did u apply a top coat to your nails?

Yup! I applied a topcoat after 'Ballerina Slippers' and that's how I got the rhinestones to stick. If I wanted this manicure to last longer, I would apply topcoat, let it completely dry, and then stick on the rhinestones with some nail glue. I found that if I apply topcoat on top of the rhinestones, it kinda distorts how the light reflect off the different faces of the rhinestone.
