Gina, riding a 4 stroke makes you be a better rider, it's all in the rider, not the bike, let me say this, you have more courage than most people I see in these videos, you will try anything and that's so cool, the only negative thing I have to say is pick up your own bike, get it back down or up the hill yourself, other than that you are fearless

Good luck picking up the new te250 when you fall.. I have a te150i.. I’m pretty darn strong but when I’m in the trails and have fallen a few times my bike seems like it has bricks in it..

Missing the beta eh? Shame you had such a bad experience with yours.perhaps a gas gas 300 ranger would be cool. Very xtrainer ish with more versatile suspension. Did you lower your ktm? That might help alot , along with settings for your weight....

If the spring rate is too high, the bike won't be so willing to turn. Also carry a spare fuel filter (it's tiny) as well as spare fuel connector o ring.

pro tip ,put a pair of yoga pants on first then knee pads ,it's way more comfortable plus alot less knee pad straps chaffing the back your knees,happy trails.
