Since the beginning FAME was the driving force behind all the elements of Hip-Hop. The need to stand out, be remembered in the vast population of the big city. Going all city, all state, and now global. If your poor, this is the greatest wealth you can achieve. Now days kats do it for sport, exercise, self realization BUT we didn't think that way back then. Graffiti is the best example. In the early days it was about your NAME, and getting it seen everywhere. Now the "ART" side has evolved & it

I still plan to post up a lot of these old video's and or footage. It's just a bit overwhelming cuz they're all on VHS & I'm a tech DUMMY. Anyone in the Long Beach area wanna help? It will happen eventually, hang tight. E
@paulmccormacksvideogamesan29126 жыл бұрын
Easy, I know you don't remember me, but as for tech help, I just play the bus tapes, then record by sticking the camera facing the tv! I was the white guy with the crazy curly hair. I did lots of flips, and fast windmills. You were way cool then about supporting anyone who was practicing with you. I was practicing with you early, like 1991 and 92, I was Louis ramirez and Eric Sanford friend.

(part 2) it is becoming more about the Artistry than the NAME &/or fame. Watch "Style Wars". (now on NETFLIX) & you'll get a better idea. When I say that I don't mean it has to be for everyone, BUT it will always be relevant & if people do it for fame...you can't hate. (you'd be hating me)Thanks, Easy Roc

@funkateer17, I'm not sure what your comments are all about, but I don't recall saying anything about the new generation not doing it right. I don't know where your from, nor am I trying to dis it, but if your trying to imply that My words are not true than I will just say....you don't know much about the O C. Yeh I grew up in Buena Park (not the Beach communities like on TV) and yes surrounded by several Varrios. (East Side BP, Los Coyotes, Fullerton Tokers Town, Big Bad Stanton, Anaheim Varri

@EASYROC Pfft this whole video is bullshit. Having to tip toe around ha? I know where you got that concept from. You lived with your dad in Buena Park i was there with you there were them lil gangs but nothing big like LA You are who you are today by studying people like me who was only into breakin and graff for fun and not fame like you CHUMP!! Some people are really desperate for fame and a rep its rediculous

SeRcH1LA i was gonna say the same thing...he hung out in the condos by peak park...what gangs were in that complex...none....closest hood was los coyotes
