There are different method for the valuation 1)Direct comparison of rate with similar house of near by location 2) Plinth Area Estimate( Current rate of plinth area times plinth area) 3) Detail Estimate(most accurate ethod) -> Calculate land cost( Based onnyour running rate of your locality and government rate) ->Calculate the cement bags, sand, aggergates, bricks, reinforcement( from sap), wood, paints multiply with their curren rate ->Labour cost based on plinth area -> sum of above to get cost of building
