Tracie, these clusters are brilliant!!! I’m going to get my scraps out and see what I can come up with too. I’m sorry you live with anxiety sweetie. I’m 65 and don’t remember a time I haven’t had anxiety, panic attacks, and triggers that take me there. I don’t know why I suffer so much with it. I can’t find a starting point. I’ve learned over the years how to deal with them pretty well, but sometimes, they still get the best of me. I wish you peace, strength, mojo, and happiness girl!❤

15 minutes in and you just described me... "Messy and not looking like much at the moment". 😂😂. I woke up about 45 minutes ago with anxiety- related chest pain as I do pretty much every morning and I'm sitting on the bed waiting for the medication to kick in (...and no, nothing happened yesterday, no nightmares, and there's nothing scheduled for today). Point being, honey, I get you and you are not alone. Great vid, honestly, and very inspiring. I completely finished a journal I've been making for a friend the other day by pulling from a box of ephemera I'd made over the past months and these little clusters will be perfect to replenish that box, so I thank you! @@TracieFoxCreative anxiety comes and goes depending on a variety of factors. I'm diagnosed with it and treated people with it when I was a psychotherapist. It can be managed without meds many times thru a variety of techniques. You might want to Google how to manage it for some tips.

I used your lovely Mini Fussy cut set and printed them 4 to a page... I got a little carried away and now have hundreds of tiny butterflies in a very nice variety of shapes. What is it about clusters that make them so daunting? I have been making journals for almost two years and keep calling myself “new” at it. Making clusters scares me to death!!! Why?
