Easy Slow Cooker Chilli Recipe

Chilli Con Carne is such an easy recipe to make. This slow cooker recipe is so simple that you really just dump everything into your slow cooker and let it cook for a few hours on low. The hardest part is browning the beef mince.
I like to scale up this recipe whenever I make it so that I can freeze portions to use later, on nights when I don't have time to cook from scratch. This freezes very well and when you're ready to use it, all you need to do is thaw and reheat.
I like to serve this on top of baked potatoes, with sour cream, cheddar cheese, corn kernels and occasionally avocado. You can also serve this with cooked rice or tortilla chips.
