Easy South African Cremora Tart

This dish was suggested by a South African friend of the channel a while back and I thought I'd give it a try. It was such an odd recipe I had my doubts but I really LOVED the final result! Almost a cheese cake texture but not dense, with a great fresh lemon flavor. This pairs really great with blueberries and other fruit you enjoy with lemon.

South African Cremora Tart Recipe:
For the crust:
200g tennis biscuits (graham crackers work fine)
100g melted butter
For the filling:
2 cups non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
1/2 cup FRESH lemon juice (get that bottle OUT of here)
1 cup water
1 can sweetened condensed milk

I have read that it works with milk powder but I haven't tested it personally! I may try that soon and post a pin comment update for this question!

Cremona has a distinct flavour from coffee creamer and powdered milk. They are both sufficient substitutes but the flavour is slightly different as Cremora has slightly more maltose

Tennis Biscuits* It's usually over near the Graham Crackers and that sort of stuff. They're like cookies that arent super sweet. Usually square! And depending on where you live could be called something else or not exist lol, graham crackers or whatever crust you like is fine here.
