Sauté onions, garlic Add to blender with crema, 1 can chipotle peppers, milk, and chicken bullion. Boil pasta, drain Sauté 2 chicken breasts cut into cubes, salt and pepper. Add sauce and extra milk . Add pasta and shredded cheese enjoy.
