Just Wow! My family loves this tasty Easy Stovetop Tuna Melt
sandwich that can be ready in just a few minutes - It`s hot, crispy and delicious for anytime of day.
This recipe is simple and you do not need store bought bread (homemade).

Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt.
Instructions: Combine flour, vegetable oil, yogurt, salt, baking powder and baking soda in mixing bowl. Mix dough.
Cover dough with plastic wrap or kitchen towel. Allow to rest for about 20 minutes.
For the Tuna mix: 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 1 can tuna fish, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp parsley, 2 cloves garlic
*** Now prepare the tuna mix.
Mix together the tuna fish, cheese, cayenne pepper, paprika and parsley (mix well).
Spread the tuna mix evenly onto prepared dough.
Using lightly floured hand or rolling pin gently flatten the dough into a disc.
Cover with parchment paper and roll again - approx 1/2" thick.
Cut dough into desired size.
Brush each piece of dough with extra virgin olive oil (or butter)
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Transfer to preheated pan and cook each side for 4-6 minutes.
***cornstarch makes the flour coating crispier (optional).
